Two killed in Toruń crash as drug-impaired driver jailed, faces 8 years

In Toruń, a car driven by a 25-year-old crashed into a tree, killing two people. The driver was under the influence of narcotics at the time of the accident. He has been charged with causing a fatal accident and remanded in custody by court order, facing up to eight years in prison.
