Court refuses Ziobro arrest warrant: no sign he'll leave the US

A Warsaw court refused to issue a European Arrest Warrant against former justice minister Zbigniew Ziobro. In its ruling, the court stated there is no basis to assume Ziobro will travel to EU territory in the near future, as he is currently in the United States and no date of departure has been specified.
