Polish hospitals to disclose bids and rates in NFZ tenders under new law

Poland's Ministry of Health is drafting legislation that would require NFZ-contracted hospitals and clinics to disclose details of healthcare service tenders, including bids, proposed rates and bidder data. The aim is to increase transparency in public spending and curb irregularities in subcontractor selection. No date has been set for when the draft bill will be published.
