Polish green fund cannot manage 5 billion PLN ROP system without new hires

Poland's Ministry of Finance is opposing the hiring of additional staff at the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW). Without new employees, the fund says it will be unable to manage the estimated 5 billion PLN per year expected to flow in from extended producer responsibility (ROP) fees.
