Polish Foreign Ministry gave nearly 2M PLN to inexperienced new NGO

The newly founded Polonia Connect association received nearly 2 million PLN from Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the Polish diaspora, despite lacking the documented experience required under the grant competition's own rules. The ministry reportedly ignored its own procedures when awarding the funds.
