Polish construction sector awaits post-September 2026 rules as Sejm backs amendment

Poland's construction industry is alarmed by the absence of regulations governing how to build after 20 September 2026. The Ministry of Development has assured the sector that a legislative solution securing continuity of investment has been prepared. An amendment containing a transitional provision has been submitted in the Sejm to bridge the legal gap.
