Norris hit with 10-place grid penalty for Belgian GP

Lando Norris will start Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix 10 places further back on the grid after receiving a penalty. The McLaren driver's starting position will be significantly worse than the one he qualified for. The sanction could seriously hurt his points-scoring chances in the race.
