European Economic Congress: talent and innovation to decide competitive advantage
The 18th European Economic Congress concluded that capital and technology alone are insufficient for economic leadership — human competencies and the ability to innovate will be decisive in coming decades. Europe and Poland face the particular challenge of attracting talent and turning knowledge into competitive advantage. Delegates considered this a greater challenge than technological transformation itself.
