Tesla driver overrode autopilot and sped before killing 76-year-old woman

The NTSB determined that the Tesla driver who crashed into a home in June, killing a 76-year-old woman, had manually overridden the vehicle's advanced driver assistance system before the crash. The car was travelling at high speed at the time of impact. The incident reignites scrutiny over the safety of Tesla's self-driving technology.
