Polish arms group PGZ mulls acquisition of Czech explosives maker Explosia

Poland's defence conglomerate PGZ is reportedly considering a bid to acquire Czech explosives manufacturer Explosia, based in Pardubice, according to Czech outlet Security Magazín. The deal would merge Poland's largest defence group with one of Central Europe's key explosives producers. The information remains unofficial at this stage.
