Poland outside anti-ballistic coalition — deputy minister: Ukraine didn't say no

Polish Deputy Defence Minister Paweł Zalewski clarified in an "Onet Rano" interview that Poland is not part of the anti-ballistic coalition, but denied that Ukraine had excluded Poland. He stated that Ukraine did not say "no", as it could not have done so.
