Orphanage fire in Algeria kills 11, wounds 19

A fire at an orphanage outside the Algerian capital Algiers killed at least 11 people and wounded 19 others, the country's civil defence announced on Thursday. The cause of the fire has not yet been disclosed. Rescue services responded to the blaze at the facility near Algiers.
