Zelensky fired Fedorov over paralysing feud with General Syrsky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov due to his escalating conflict with Army Commander-in-Chief General Oleksandr Syrsky, according to Ukrainska Pravda. Zelensky concluded that the disputes between the ministry and the military were paralyzing state functions. Current Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko is set to become the new head of Ukraine's Defence Ministry.
