UOKiK charges former Collegium Humanum and another university

Poland's consumer protection authority UOKiK has charged two universities with violating consumers' collective interests. The targeted institutions are the Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego in Wrocław and the Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych "Varsovia", formerly known as Collegium Humanum. The regulator challenged contract terms used by both schools with their students.
