BBC to broadcast World Cup third-place play-off and final live on free TV

The BBC will broadcast Saturday's 2026 World Cup third-place play-off between England and France, as well as Sunday's final, live and free on BBC TV. England were knocked out in the semi-finals by Argentina and will now face France for third place. The final takes place on Sunday.
