Workplace conflict alone is not enough grounds for dismissal in Poland

Having a difficult personality or being involved in workplace conflicts does not in itself legally justify dismissal in Poland. To terminate a contract, an employer must demonstrate specific behaviours that breach employment duties and negatively affect the company's operations. The burden falls on the employer to prove a direct link between the employee's conduct and harm to the workplace.
