MSF report: Russia deliberately targets hospitals and ambulances in Ukraine
Médecins Sans Frontières published a report titled "No Safe Place to Heal", documenting systematic, precise Russian attacks on Ukrainian healthcare facilities and medical personnel. Drones are deliberately aimed at ambulances, and "double-tap" strikes hit the same location twice to kill first responders.
