Tornado hits San Antonio, Texas: 18,000 without power, buildings damaged

A tornado struck San Antonio, Texas, damaging buildings and cutting power to approximately 18,000 customers. Among the damaged sites were a cinema and the Oasis San Antonio residential complex. No casualties were reported.
