Toyota, BMW and Repsol Test Fully Renewable Petrol in Spain

Toyota, BMW, Repsol and Bosch have launched a six-month road test in Spain of petrol produced entirely from renewable sources. The fuel works in standard modern engines without modification and is compatible with existing filling stations. The initiative aims to convince the European Commission to recognise renewable fuels as an alternative to electric vehicles.
