Sam Neill died of pneumonia after cancer battle, rep reveals

Actor Sam Neill, best known for the Jurassic Park franchise, died at age 78 from pneumonia, his longtime representative has confirmed. The family agreed to release the cause of death due to "inaccuracies and outright falsehoods" circulating in the media. Neill had been diagnosed in 2022 with stage three angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma and had only recently announced he was cancer-free.
