Paramount–WBD merger antitrust suit reassigned to Judge Martinez-Olguin

The antitrust lawsuit filed by state attorneys general against the Paramount Skydance–Warner Bros. Discovery merger has been reassigned to Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin. The case was previously assigned to Judge P. Casey Pitts. An initial hearing on a temporary restraining order blocking the merger is still scheduled for this Friday.
