Serbia pledges humanitarian aid to Ukraine but rules out military support

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić visited Kyiv for the first time in 10 years, attending the Southeast Europe and Ukraine summit. He pledged continued humanitarian aid to Ukraine fighting Russia, but explicitly ruled out any military assistance. The visit is politically significant given Serbia's traditionally close ties to Moscow.
