xAI sues South Carolina man for using Grok to generate child sexual abuse material
Elon Musk's xAI has filed a lawsuit against South Carolina man Terry Wayne Harwood, alleging he deliberately circumvented Grok's safety guardrails to generate and distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The suit also claims Harwood altered non-consensual images of real people. The case was first reported by Reuters.
