PiS Orders Members to Leave Associations; Tusk Mocks Morawiecki

The leadership of Poland's PiS party issued an ultimatum on Wednesday ordering party members to resign from associations engaged in political activity, including the association linked to former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Morawiecki is reportedly unwilling to comply. Prime Minister Donald Tusk responded with a sarcastic quip — "You're grilling, Mateusz!" — a jab referencing Morawiecki's well-known image of barbecuing.
