United Airlines to Sell Middle Seat Takeover With Shared Table for a Fee

United Airlines is set to introduce a paid option allowing passengers to take over the middle seat, which will feature a shared table for those sitting on either side. The option is expected to go on sale on some flights later this year. The airline believes the move may also save money by reconfiguring the cabin experience.
