Belarus inspecting and renovating civil defence shelters since start of 2025
BELPOL, an organisation of former Belarusian security officers who have sided with the opposition, reports that Belarus has been inspecting and renovating civil defence shelters since the beginning of the year. The group noted a systematic inventory and refurbishment of shelter facilities across the country. The activity has raised concerns among observers as a possible sign of defensive preparations by the Lukashenko regime.
