Paramount Investor Sues Ellisons Over Alleged Secret Trump Deal to Overhaul CNN

A Paramount investor has sued David and Larry Ellison, alleging they illegally promised the Trump administration a CNN overhaul in exchange for regulatory approval of their takeover of the studio. The lawsuit follows similar complaints filed by a coalition of state attorneys general, the Writers Guild of America, and Paramount+ subscribers. The Ellisons acquired Paramount through a merger with Skydance Media.
