Cardinal Dziwisz Skips Court Hearing, Asks Not to Be Summoned Again

Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz again failed to appear at the District Court in Kraków, where he was summoned as a witness in a civil case brought by a former altar boy against the Archdiocese of Kraków. The retired archbishop sent a written request asking the court not to summon him again, citing, among other reasons, the stress caused by the proceedings.
