Święczkowski files complaint over police intervention at Constitutional Tribunal

Bogdan Święczkowski, president of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, filed a formal complaint following Tuesday's police intervention at the Tribunal, calling it "another manifestation of a constitutional coup d'état." He also announced he would write to the chief of police demanding the legal basis for the intervention, and to Prime Minister Donald Tusk asking why a prosecutor was involved.
