Cardiff City to appeal French court's dismissal of £100m Sala compensation claim

Cardiff City announced it will appeal a French judge's decision to dismiss the club's claim for over £100 million in compensation following the death of footballer Emiliano Sala. Sala died in January 2019 when a small plane carrying him from Nantes to Cardiff crashed into the English Channel. Cardiff had sought compensation from parties responsible for the flight.
