OpenAI launches Codex Micro — a hardware controller for its coding platform

OpenAI has released its first piece of hardware: the Codex Micro, a square block of buttons designed to work with its Codex coding platform. This is not the mysterious AI device being developed with former Apple designer Jony Ive, which is currently entangled in a lawsuit. Codex Micro is aimed at developers already using OpenAI's coding ecosystem.
