According to a Bitwise report, crypto equities gained 23% in the first half of 2026, even as the underlying crypto assets fell 36%. Tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) hit a record $33 billion in Q2. Crypto stocks outperformed almost every major asset class, trailing only emerging markets.
