ENCODE4 maps 92 million enhancer–gene regulatory interactions in humans

As part of the ENCODE4 project, researchers have created an encyclopedia of more than 92 million enhancer–gene regulatory interactions in humans. The database provides a valuable resource for future studies of gene regulation and human genetics. The findings were published in Nature.
