Japanese MP calls for nuclear-powered submarines for Japan's Maritime Self-Defence Force

Japanese MP Seiji Maehara has called for Japan's Maritime Self-Defence Force (Kaijō Jieitai) to be equipped with nuclear-powered submarines.
