Berlin: 68-year-old charged with raping dozens of women met on dating apps

Berlin's public prosecutor's office filed charges on Tuesday against a 68-year-old German man accused of raping and filming at least a dozen, and possibly dozens, of women. He allegedly met his victims through dating websites. The case came to light after additional victims came forward.
