Treasury yields flat as inflation data offsets oil rebound

U.S. Treasury yields were little changed as investors balanced encouraging inflation data against a rebound in oil prices. Markets were awaiting the June producer price index (PPI) print. Easing energy costs had recently helped soften the inflation picture.
