EU and Ukraine sign drone production deal, combining innovation and factory capacity
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced a drone production agreement between the EU and Ukraine during a visit to Kyiv on Wednesday. Under the deal, Ukraine contributes battlefield experience and innovation, while the EU provides secure manufacturing facilities to scale up production.
