Home Depot has upgraded its viral 12-foot Halloween skeleton "Skelly," adding the ability to speak through the character's moving mouth via a mobile app — a feature borrowed from last year's smaller 6.5-foot Ultra Skelly. The upgrade is designed to keep the popular decoration fresh as the Halloween season approaches. The talking feature is controlled through a smartphone application.
