League of Legends producer reveals how Classic mode was created

League of Legends, which launched on October 27, 2009, is approaching its 17th anniversary. Over the years, players' nostalgia for the game's early era fuelled fan projects like Chronoshift. The game's producer has now revealed the behind-the-scenes story of how the official Classic mode was developed in response to that demand.
