Polish coalition splits over short-term rental rules watered down by government

Minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz accused the Polish government of siding with lobbyists and gutting regulations meant to curb the short-term rental market. Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz denied the charges, calling them a political lie. The Left party warned it can be a loyal but assertive coalition partner, highlighting growing tensions within the ruling coalition.
