Up to 50,000 zł fine for each illegally employed non-EU foreigner in Poland

The Polish government is introducing fines of up to 50,000 zł per illegally employed non-EU foreigner. A separate regulation will list countries whose citizens may work in Poland without needing a work permit. The measures are designed to tighten the labour market and improve oversight of foreign employment.
