E-scooter collides with car in central Kraków, no fines issued

An electric scooter collided with a car at the intersection of Floriańska and św. Tomasza streets in central Kraków. Despite the incident, no fines have been issued to either party. Video of the crash circulated online, with the car driver heard asking "Are you alive, man?"
