Severe storms lash southern Poland — flooding in Wrocław, hail and strong winds

Poland's IMGW weather service and the Government Security Centre (RCB) have issued warnings for severe storms set to affect the southern half of the country throughout Wednesday. Heavy rain caused flooding of streets and railway tracks in Wrocław from early morning. Hail and strong wind gusts are also forecast for the region.
