South Korea to include digital assets in new state asset management system

South Korea's Economy Ministry plans to bring digital assets and intellectual property within the country's new state asset management framework, treating them alongside traditional public property. It is one of the first moves globally to formally incorporate cryptocurrency into official government asset management. Implementation details are still to be finalised.
