Record office demand in Warsaw as vacancy rate drops to 8.5%

Warsaw's office market recorded 282,800 sq m of leasing transactions in Q2 2024, with the vacancy rate falling to 8.5%, according to JLL. Only 2,300 sq m of new office space was delivered during the period, tightening supply significantly. The imbalance between strong demand and minimal new supply is pushing rents higher across the capital.
