Russian strikes on Odesa and two regions kill 8, wound 26

Russian strikes on Odesa and the Sumy and Kharkiv regions killed eight people and wounded 26 others. Local authorities reported damage to residential buildings. The attacks involved guided aerial bombs of the KAB type, according to regional officials.
