High prices and bad weather top Polish holidaymakers' complaints about vacationing at home
When asked what puts them off holidaying in Poland, Poles cite high prices, unpredictable weather and low service standards at popular resorts by the sea, in the Masurian Lakes and in the mountains as the main deterrents. These factors push many to choose holidays abroad in warmer countries instead. The findings reveal a growing gap between the romantic idea of a Polish holiday and the reality on the ground.
