New pensioner ID card design in force from 13 July — mObywatel app updated automatically

From 13 July 2025, a new design for the pensioner and disability benefit ID card is in force in Poland, covering both the physical plastic card and the digital version in the mObywatel app. ZUS (Poland's Social Insurance Institution) confirms that all entitlements remain unchanged and the digital card updates automatically. Existing cards remain valid.
