Zelensky awards von der Leyen Ukraine's Order of Europe

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday awarded European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen the Order of Europe. The decoration, established by Ukraine, is granted to individuals who support the country's defence of independence and its bid to join the European Union. Von der Leyen has been a central figure in Western support for Kyiv.
