Czarzasty urges President Nawrocki to let Patyra take up his Constitutional Tribunal seat
Sejm Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty has written to President Karol Nawrocki urging him to take immediate steps to allow Sławomir Patyra to assume his Constitutional Tribunal judgeship. Czarzasty described the letter ironically as "a pleasant reminder about deadlines." The dispute over the composition of the Constitutional Tribunal has been ongoing for months and remains a central flashpoint between the government and the president.
